Established in August 2017, ICP emergency medicine, hospital medicine and critical care management services. The company delivers unrivaled clinical and operational leadership as well as administrative support. Services include recruitment, medical directorships, credentialing, qualifying for third-party billing contracts and other requirements. ICP works with hospitals and providers to develop operational refinement and lean methodologies allowing caregivers and hospitals the ability to focus on providing the best care to their patients.

The chief executive officer of ICP is Todd Carlson, MD. Dr. Carlson has over 21 years of experience as a board-certified emergency medicine physician and a strong history of leadership within development and operations in the specialty provider space. Yes, the medical director and lead APP can receive a monthly stipend for assuming these additional responsibilities.

Those enrolled in residency programs can earn a stipend during training for the last year of residency. You can earn as much as $1,000 per month for a two-year commitment.

ICP typically utilizes an independent contractor model for clinical work and an employment arrangement with medical directors. However, ICP does not mandate whether a group is employed or independent contractor status. We work with the hospital and individual groups to decide which structure works best for them. ICP does not include any non-competes with providers and will allow you to maintain an uninterrupted relationship at the hospital if you so desire without any buyouts. As a physician-led company, we strive to be provider-friendly.
