At Integrated Care Physicians, we have assembled a highly accomplished management team with  years of experience in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and specialty care. Steve Bartow


Mr. Bartow has over 22 years of relevant experience with an extensive background in managing operations of multiple Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, and Anesthesiology physician practices, as well as inpatient and outpatient physical rehabilitation services. He was most recently the Director of Operations for a large publicly held provider of anesthesiology and neonatology services. Prior to this, Mr. Bartow held several executive roles within one of the largest national providers of Emergency and Hospitalist Medicine services. This included VP of Client Administration and Regional Client Administrator for 34 Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Anesthesia physician practices in 9 states. He received his BA from Auburn University. Mr. Bartow began his career in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Officer and Combat Medical Specialist.

Matthew D. Jackson


Mr. Jackson has over 23 years of experience in Accounting and Financial management partnering with senior leadership and operations in several industries including Physician Services. He previously worked for a large public company considered one of the nation’s leading providers of integrated facility-based physician services. As Director of Finance, Matt was responsible for new business ProForma analysis, financial reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for 350 contracts across two Operating Units in 12 states. He received his BS in Accounting from Ball State University and his MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Mr. Jackson started his career as an auditor with Deloitte in Indianapolis before joining BorgWarner (BWA) where he served in various capacities including Controller.

Adam Greer

Senior Vice President of Operations Management

Mr. Greer received his Juris Doctor (JD) & Master of Business Administration (MBA) Dual Degree from University of Memphis, Schools of Law and Business in 2012. Since that time, he has served in several executive roles within the provider space including Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine and Anesthesia. Mr. Greer began his executive career guiding companies through various growth initiatives and marketing strategies while providing leadership and organizational structure for a national client base. Most recently, Mr. Greer served as a Group Vice President where he provided direct financial and business oversight of a diverse book of business composed of hospital and emergency medicine contracts nationwide.

Dr. Hunter Brown

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Brown completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida. He practiced Emergency Medicine in Boca Raton for 14 years before relocating to Naples where he eventually founded and served as President of Integrated Emergency Medicine Specialists in 2015. He currently serves as Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine and Vice Chief of Staff for the Physicians Regional Medical system which is comprised of two hospitals in Naples, Florida. As Chief Medical Officer of ICP, Dr. Brown is involved in the clinical leadership and practice management strategies.

Mr. Charles Barnicoat

VP of Acute Care Services

Mr. Barnicoat is board certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). A graduate of Northeastern University (BS) and Quinnipiac University (MHS) . His distinguished career has included ED and surgery practices affiliated with Harvard Medical School as well as Boston University. He was Chief of Mid-Level services for CEMS, the first private democratic group in the state of CT. After relocating to Naples, Florida in 2008, he helped to co-found IEMS in 2015 where he has served various clinical and business roles including Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Director. He currently serves as the Vice President of Acute Care Services for Integrated Care Physicians as a re-invested shareholder and is involved in clinical management and growth strategies.

John Geanes

Strategic Advisor and Board Member

Mr. Geanes has been engaged in healthcare management and administration since the 1970’s where he has served as Administrator and CEO of numerous hospitals and health systems. Over the last 12+ years, Mr. Geanes served as the Senior Vice President of IPC, the largest national provider of hospital medicine services where he developed two of the firm’s largest regions in Texas and Florida and was directly involved in leading and integrating 12 practice acquisitions.

Lauren Eads

Senior Financial Analyst

Mrs. Eads brings 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance to Integrated Care Physicians. Her experience includes nonprofit accounting, corporate accounting, and financial planning. She previously worked for one of the nation’s largest providers of Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine, where she was assigned to the largest divisions within the company. While there, she implemented numerous processes to improve the accuracy in forecasting, budgeting and month-end close while working with executive leadership to obtain fiscal goals. In addition to her experience Mrs. Eads holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Saint Leo University.

Alyssa Zoffer

Staffing Specialist

Ms. Zoffer brings 6 years of experience in healthcare operations working with Surgical, Hospital Medicine and Emergency Medicine professionals. In her most recent role Ms. Zoffer worked with a the American Association for Physician Leadership. Prior to that she managed scheduling for the largest division of accounts for a large national provider of Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine. Ms. Zoffer works closely with our providers and clinical leadership team to ensure our facilities are adequately staffed. She holds a BAS in Healthcare Administration from St. Petersburg College.
